Customized Slave Board Stacker
 
As an example, a customer approached us with a need for a better slave board stacker. Kolinahr’s engineers reviewed the project and came up with a design concept. For this particular project it was necessary to pick up empty slave boards from adjacent lines and stack them after the unit loads had been removed. The non-vacuum design shown below was the solution. Notice this design is based on our existing PS520 Pallet Load Stacker.

200-Series Chain Conveyor
 
In another instance, Kolinahr realized a need for a chain conveyor that moves unit loads quickly and consistently while requiring minimal maintenance. Thus the 200-Series Chain Conveyor was developed, which features a center-mounted drive to protect the motor. The modular construction allows for flexibility of the conveyor length. The Center Pallet Support helps prevent problems caused by defective pallets, while the intermediate take-up allows the gap between conveyors to be minimized. The 200-Series Chain Conveyor's heavy-duty structural steel design is perfect for today’s high volume warehousing operations.

Customized SA1000 Pallet Labeler
 
In another case, a customer approched Kolinahr with the need to print and apply a license plate label to the first layer of a palletized load (approximately 7" off the floor). Kolinahr engineers modified our existing SA1000 Automatic Pallet Labeler to become a PC-less labeling system. The PAX unit was lowered to accomdate the new label height, and custom PLC software was created to interface with the customer's existing warehouse management system.
