General Description

The SA2200 Dual Panel Pallet Labeler is designed to print and apply labels to the front and/or side of a pallet load.

The machine is controlled by a PLC, which can communicate with the conveyor, stretch wrapper, and palletizer to ensure proper product handling during the labeling sequence.

Full diagnostic reports and communication tracking are available, making troubleshooting easy.

High caliber commercial parts minimize machine downtime.

A PC program simplifies the process of managing the label format and database.

The heart of the system is the rotating "Super Arm".

The 3" × 3" thick "Super Arm" takes a barcode label from the Zebra™ print station, rotates out 90°, and applies it to the leading face of the pallet.

The arm returns to accept a duplicate label that is then applied to the side panel.

The rugged construction of the "Super Arm", along with the heavy-duty stand, the NEMA 12 industrial controls enclosure, and the other high quality commercial parts help ensure that the SA2200 will handle the rigors of 24/7 pallet load labeling.
