Kolinahr Systems has years of experience in tracking cases and pallet loads via barcode and conveyor PLC systems. Our engineers have completed the Alien RFID Academy and the Texas Instruments RFID Boot Camp and are capable of implementing a variety of RFID systems (LF, HF "Smart Labels", and EPC-compliant UHF). Kolinahr can offer a variety of tools for your RFID installation, such as installation support, middleware, and hardware. RFID Installation
 
The engineers at Kolinahr Systems can provide site surveys, evaluations, and cost estimates for your RFID projects. Kolinahr can decide which RFID hardware to use, which is critical for a successful pilot project. In addition, we can plan, test, and implement tag and antenna placement and orientation to achieve the best possible read rates.

RFID Middleware
 
In addition to providing the necessary RFID hardware and installation, Kolinahr can supply the data gathering devices that communicate to the RFID readers to best gather and act upon your RFID data. We can program both PC’s and PLC’s to control and communicate with the reader, conveyor, and warehouse management system (WMS) to integrate the data and product flow of a production line.

RFID Pallet Load Labelers
 
The SA2200-RF Dual Panel RFID Pallet Labeler is Kolinahr’s existing SA2200 Dual Panel Pallet Labeler fitted with an RFID-enabled printer. The SA2200-RF labeler can read, write, and print and apply an RFID tag-embedded barcode label onto one or adjacent sides of a pallet load. Download the brochure here:

In addition to the SA2200-RF, all Kolinahr pallet load labelers can be fitted with an RFID-enabled printer to add RFID capability to your production environment.
